Is Russia actively interfering in the 2020 election?

In September 2020, FBI Director, Christopher Wray, testified to congress that Russia is once again trying to influence our elections through social media. Their goal, he says, is to drive us farther apart and hurt Biden’s chances. All 17 US intelligence agencies determined that Russia had interfered in the 2016 election to hurt Hillary Clinton’s chances of winning.
