Vote by mail is popular with voters in both parties. In 2016, states with the highest mail-in vote percentages included: AZ = 75%, AK – 60%, MT = 65%, NC = 65%, TN = 66%, TX – 63% Vote by Mail doesn’t elect Dems. Statistically, vote by mail doesn’t show an advantage for either party.
